Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you order. Still unsure? We are one message away.

What are mobile proxies?
Mobile proxies route your traffic through a real 4G/5G cellular connection, so the websites and services you access see a genuine carrier IP address. Ours run on physical modems with real T-Mobile SIMs that we own and operate — not virtual or rebadged datacenter IPs.
Are the IPs and hardware really dedicated?
Yes. Each plan is backed by one physical modem and SIM reserved exclusively for your account. No other customer ever shares your device or your connection. The IP itself comes from T-Mobile’s carrier NAT pool and changes when you rotate.
Are there bandwidth limits?
No. Every plan includes unlimited bandwidth with no data caps or per-GB charges, subject to reasonable fair use of the carrier network.
How often can I rotate IPs?
As often as you like. Rotation is on-demand — trigger it from the dashboard with one click or through the API with one request. A fresh carrier IP is typically assigned within seconds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (processed by Stripe), major cryptocurrencies, and your prepaid account wallet. You can top up the wallet and have renewals draw from your balance automatically.
What is your refund policy?
If a proxy is non-functional and our support team cannot fix it, you can request a refund within 24 hours of provisioning, handled pro-rated and case-by-case. Unused wallet top-ups are refundable. Refunds are not issued for Acceptable Use Policy violations. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How fast is setup?
Provisioning is fully automated. Once your payment is confirmed, your proxy credentials (host, ports, username, password) appear in your dashboard — typically in under a minute.
Is there an API?
Yes. Every account includes REST API access with bearer-token authentication. You can list proxies, read live status, rotate IPs and manage renewals programmatically — everything the dashboard does.
What am I allowed to use the proxies for?
Lawful business purposes only: ad verification, QA and app testing, market research, SEO rank tracking, localized browsing, compliant social media management, e-commerce testing and brand protection. Fraud, unauthorized access, spam, credential stuffing, ban evasion, fake engagement and other abusive activity are strictly prohibited — see the Acceptable Use Policy.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Turn off auto-renew on a proxy and it simply expires at the end of the paid period — no cancellation calls, no retention hoops. Your service stays active until the term you paid for ends.
